The Federal Government on Thursday said it is taking all measures to contain the spread of the deadly Ebola virus in Nigeria.
The reaction was made known to NAN reporter in Abuja, by the
country’s Minister of Health, Prof. Onyebuchi Chukwu, in a reaction to
the reported outbreak of the Virus in Lagos.
He said that government was scaling up public awareness on the
dangers of the scourge to prevent citizens from contracting the disease,
adding that government had already started purchasing kits for medical
and health workers to protect them from the disease.
